At Ridiculously Well, we provide honest, personalised care within a collaborative and supportive team, helping you regain control of your health and move forward with clarity.

Wherever you are on your health journey, we meet you there and guide you forward.

Who We Are

We are a Gold Coast–based health practice bringing together chiropractic, physiotherapy, osteopathy, acupuncture, Chinese medicine, nutrition and remedial massage, all under one roof.

But more than that, we are a team that works together when needed.

We share knowledge.
We support each other.
And we focus on what matters most…helping you move forward.

Our Approach

No two people are the same and neither is the care we provide.

We take the time to understand:

  • what’s going on
  • what’s been tried
  • and what you actually need

From there, we offer clear, honest guidance and a personalised plan designed to support you—whether you’re seeking relief from pain, recovering from injury, or working toward better long-term health.

If we can help, we will.
If we can’t, we’ll tell you—and point you in the right direction.

What We Help With

People come to us for many reasons:

  • back and neck pain
  • headaches and sciatica
  • sports and work injuries
  • long-term or complex conditions
  • or simply to move, feel and function better

But what they’re really looking for is to feel more capable, more confident, and more like themselves again.

Who We Care For

From elite athletes and tradies to parents, professionals and seniors—we care for people at all stages of life.

Whether you’re in pain, under stress, or simply wanting to take better care of your body, we’re here to support you.

Our Story

Ridiculously Well was founded in 1995 with a simple idea:

To create a place where skilled practitioners work together to provide thoughtful, effective care in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

That vision continues today—through a team committed not just to treatment, but to helping people rediscover what better health can feel like.

If you’re ready to move forward, we’re here to help.

The use of traditional acupuncture is beneficial for conditions far beyond musculoskeletal conditions alone, and Dimity joins us at Ridiculously Well with a passion to support people in their overall health journey, and to further enhance the current range of modalities we offer. Dimity Davis  is a registered Acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine practitioner, who utilises a blend of both scientific based research and traditional methods to inform her treatment. Dimity practices a refined form of acupuncture which utilises direct feedback from abdominal and body palpation, pulse and tongue diagnosis to guide individualised treatment of every session. Treatment primarily involves gentle needling, the use of moxibustion (Artemesia Vulgaris), and may also include other techniques such as cupping, dietary therapy, or the use of Chinese or Western herbs.

Optimising your health and wellbeing through quality nutrition.

The majority of our practitioners are trained in western acupuncture and dry needling techniques and will include them free of charge as part of your treatment regimen where they feel you will benefit.

These techniques are powerful adjuncts to the standard manual therapies we offer. They can be used to treat a number of chronic soft tissue and joint ailments such as hip, shoulder and extremity complaints, acute back pain, hypertonic muscle spasms, muscles strain and overuse injuries.

Our Core Physiotherapy group classes is designed to improve core strength, muscle tone and posture, increase flexibility, increase oxygen and blood flow.

Classes are held by an experienced physiotherapist, with small classes to guarantee individual care and adaptations for any existing injuries.

An initial assessment is required to establish goals and work out your level. This is charged as a standard physio consult and the first class is free. Regular reassessment is required at 6 or 12 months. This does not apply if the classes are a continuation of your treatment plan e.g. receiving treatment for back pain and your therapist recommends a class.

Times are as follows;

Core Class: Mondays 6.15pm – 7.15pm & Wednesday 12.15pm – 1.15pm.

All classes are $25 pp and private health fund rebates are available. Bookings are essential as numbers are limited. Please call us on 07 5598 3511 to book your spot.
